What are credits?
Credits are the digital currency of our platform, used to perform tasks. Each task requires one or more credits per unit, where the unit can be X seconds, X pages, or similar. The exact cost is shown next to the Start button on every conversion page before you commit.
- If a task fails or you cancel it before it finishes, no credits are deducted.
- Subscription credits are used first. Pay-As-You-Go credits act as a backup.
- Subscription credits reset every period and don't roll over.
- Pay-As-You-Go credits roll over and expire 12 months after purchase.
