Acceptable Use Policy
DocForge converts documents. To keep the service fast, safe, and available for everyone, we ask that you don't use it for the things below.
You may not
- Process content you don't have the right to use (copyrighted, classified, or otherwise restricted material).
- Upload malware, exploit payloads, or files crafted to attack our infrastructure or other users.
- Use the service to generate, host, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism content, or non-consensual intimate imagery — these are reported to law enforcement.
- Run automated abuse against the API: scraping at unbounded rates, key-sharing across many accounts, or bypass attempts on rate limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or proxy the API to third parties without a written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or models from the service.
Reasonable use
Plans are sized for typical document workloads. If your usage looks like a denial-of-service event (sustained burst traffic, single jobs over the size cap, or pathological PDFs designed to crash converters), we may rate-limit or pause your account. We'll always email you first when feasible.
Reporting abuse
Seen something on our service that violates this policy? Email abuse@docforge.cc with as much detail as you can share (URLs, account emails, screenshots).
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity. We don't refund credits used during the period covered by a violation, but we don't profit from the suspension either — unused paid credits are refunded on closure.
